It seems like a short lifetime ago...well...because it was! In 2006 while signed to Sony and Universal with the Dum Dum Project, I was hard up for some loot (surprise surprise) so I did what any right minded emcee would do: I released a tour-only CD that my peeps excitedly grabbed up around the world. There were only 5,000 and they went fast! Some of the songs made their way to BBC radio, some wound up on projects for others like Bikram Singh and the Trailblazers. Some even wound up on in-flight programs on Virgin Airlines thanks to my buddy Adil Ray. I'm pleased to offer one of my favorite self-released projects, All I Need.
